This workout will tell you a thing or two about your power to weight ratio. Here’s how I’d score this lil gem assuming the load on the bar is your bodyweight:
10-30 reps: Novice. Need to increase strength, reduce weight, or both
30-65 reps: Junior. Gettin’ better, but could use a bit more power/strength endurance
65-90 reps: Intermediate. Now we’re talking. I could kinda assume that you’ve got a reasonably heavy deadlift, good form and some tolerance for pain.
90-130 reps: Higher Level Intermediate
130+ reps: Advanced
Gym Closure this Wednesday at 7pm
The staff of CFCM will again be meeting up to figure out how we can improve the experience here at the gym. Because of this, we’ll be closing our doors for the 7pm class on Wednesday night.
Memorial Day Murph
In observance of Memorial Day we’ll be holding a single class this coming Monday May 31st at 11am. We’re going to hit the hero WOD Murph and then make our way over to Beach Pit BBQ for some lunch. Please note that this is our only class for this day.
Tough Mudder – May 29th
The Tough Mudder is this weekend and is guaranteed to be a dirty, sweaty, raging good time. Justin Wilson has mentioned that he’d like to participate, so if anyone else in the gym is hoping for some friendly faces at the event lets make your interest know in the comments to see if we can get a group together.
