Curtis P is a gem of a movement that I’ve taken from Rob Shaul of Mountain Athlete. It’s a fairly simple complex that should not be done in a rush. My hope today was that you weren’t too concerned about the time on the clock, but simply working your way through the movement until you hit the number of reps we were looking for.
