Watch this video above and start to think about the inner monologue you use while in the middle of an intense workout, is your inner monologue positive or negative? This is an important thing to note and is something you should be striving to improve along with your diet and recovery.

This was a main site workout from a few weeks ago, notice that they have an RX’d weight for the push press. I know that many of our athletes could roll with the 225/155 deadlifts close to unbroken, but the push press would be a different issue, so I changed it up a bit. You’ll notice that this is another pulling/pushing couplet, only this one has 150 squats thrown in there for good measure. Fun stuff.
