The Saturday squad was treated to a Coach Max warm up today, which I can attest from first hand experience are completely awesome. You are truly warm once it’s over. Thanks to all who adhered to our modified schedule.

Did someone make fun of Enrique Englesias today? I heard your warm up was like an hour long and a total sweat fest. Coach Max loves Enrique, so watch yo mouth!
But seriously, I’m so glad that you guys were able to experience an hour of power with Max (more like an hour and a half, but whatever). I’ve recently hired him as my coach and I can say that the experience I’ve had so far has been eye opening. We spend so much time warming up, fixing problems and generally balancing out imbalances by the time its ready to start loading plates on the barbell for the workout it’s time for me to change my shirt because I’m so sweaty.
Max is going to play a pivotal role in the growth of our gym during the next 12 months. We’re moving into a new space, developing some olympic and powerlifting programs and just generally improving our program, so as things improve around the gym you can attribute many of them to him.
Just please, keep the Enrique knocks to yourself and no one will get hurt.
