You may have noticed that the CrossFit Games website was down temporarily when the first workout was to be announced. This means that way more people were pinging the destination than CrossFit HQ anticipated so the websites servers were overloaded with traffic. This means that way more people are interested in the Games than we thought. This means that competition is going to be steep. This means: YOU. BETTER. BE. READY!

Our entire group will be doing this workout on Friday, meaning every class that day will participate. Those who are actually competing as a registered competitor will need to complete the workout under the supervision of a judge. So, if you are one of the 14 people signed up so far, or are intending on registering, you’ll need to e-mail me (firstname.lastname@example.org) the time of day you want to complete this workout and I’ll get you on a list. If you don’t, we can’t verify the workout which means it doesn’t count.
