I thought I would make a quick post. I just got back from fun and relaxing “Hanson Family” vacation to Hawaii. I was posted some pics and facebook shenanigans when someone asked me why I was working out on my vacation. I was initially super confused, I mean, I had all this free time, I was actually working out twice a day and feeling more awesome each day.
Here’s my thoughts about what a vacation is all about.

P1 Runs a set of “lines”

30 OHS Log Squats
Swim 6 Laps
2mile River Canoe Paddle
2 Rope Swings
Hand Release Push Ups
*Between each rep set farmer carry two 70#+ stone blocks 100m
