The guy in the pic above is Sohrab. You have probably seen him training with Jake. Sohrab has hit some big PR’s this week, and today was no exception. He PR’d by 40 pounds on his Front Squat, ending up at 280 pounds. Nice work, Sohrab!
I know I’ve posted this every day this week, but just in case you missed it… We’re planning on keeping the gym open through the holiday with the exception of the 24th. There will be ONE workout the day after, your only chance to burn off the bird, we’ll be gathering at the gym at 10am to give thanks to CrossFit through some constantly varied functional movements. We’ll follow it up like a good WOD’r should with a post workout meal, potluck style. So bring some food to share and get ready for a great workout, it should be a great time.
