CFCM Nutrition Challenge–Hey guys! This week is the first of our Nutrition Challenge. In case you didn’t get the email, here is the info…
-Maintain a clean and Paleo type diet
-Log your food intake. I suggest using the My Fitness Pal app, and you can share your meals with me as we go for feedback.
There will be two winners chosen:
One: for the biggest change in body composition using the Bod Pod test results.
Two: the person who is the most consistent with their food log, workout schedule, and commitment to the challenge.

What to Eat:
Lean meats, chicken, fish
Vegetables, and some fruits
Nuts, seeds, oils
What Not to Eat:
Sugar, sweets, and candy
Processed foods, breads, pastas, and potatoes
What Else is OK:
Coffee, & tea
Spices & seasonings
We will meet next weekend to discuss questions, comments, and concerns that you run across throughout the first week of the challenge. Be sure to log your food, and keep an eye on your caloric intake. We don’t want to drop below our daily needs, nor do we want to eat passed what our daily activity level requires. Create a goal, and stay focused for the next 10 weeks!
