Workout of the Day
5 Rounds for time:
Today was really about the run. While we may have thrown in 50 pull-ups and 100 push-ups, it was all about how much you wanted to give it while on foot. Sometimes we like to tell you this kind of info before the workout, sometimes after. Done correctly this workout should have been more rest than effort. The top score for the day was around the 17 minute mark, which is really only around 5 minutes of total work, leaving 12 minutes to rest.
