I don’t normally say anything about the workouts, but today’s inspiration came from our very own Jake Shaw. I asked him a while back what his favorite exercises were and he replied with overhead squats, running and pull-ups, so there you have it… all wrapped up in a nice little 20 minute AMRAP.
