Just crackin’ myself up!
Well, I had a good time in Visalia spending Christmas with the fam, but like always, it’s good to be home. I always miss my normal routine and normal (although slightly boring) meals. Knowing that my mom and grandma Zoe would be around this afternoon and tonight, I decided to do the group workout with Jeff at 6am this morning. I would definitely consider myself a morning person… but I do not love working out at such an early hour. By the way, it is cold at this time of day… even in Southern CA!
My workouts went well today. Other than feeling a little tight and slow, I still had fun and did alright. The rest of my day was spent browsing Nordstrom and Macy’s for a new pair of jeans for my mom, coaching the 4 and 5pm classes, and dinner and a movie at home. All in all, good day.

8 rounds + 10 thruster + 8 ps (I think)
5. Supplemental: 4x CrossWalk + Sled drag (skipped)
6. Cool Down: easy 5 min.
7. Meditation/ Visualization: 20 min. breathing (skipped)
