Lysanne just joined but has a background in CrossFit. We’re always happy to bring in new people with experience, especially those willing to work hard.
Workout of the Day
Every 2 Minutes, for 20 minutes:
3 Deadlifts + Bent Row + Hang Clean + Push Press + Back Squat
* Note, we added a few burpees in after the noon class.
We’re planning on keeping the gym open through the holiday with the exception of the 24th. There will be ONE workout the day after, your only chance to burn off the bird, we’ll be gathering at the gym at 10am to give thanks to CrossFit through some constantly varied functional movements. We’ll follow it up like a good WOD’r should with a post workout meal, potluck style. So bring some food to share and get ready for a great workout, it should be a great time.
