Jacob Memorial WOD this Saturday June 18th at 9:00 AM, only class this day.
One year ago, we lost an amazing member of our community, Jacob Griffiths. For those of you who knew him, I don’t have to tell you what a special guy Jacob was. He was kind, encouraging, consistent, and hard working. He loved his family and friends dearly, and he loved CrossFit Costa Mesa. He will forever be missed and remembered at CFCM. Last year, we did a workout in Jacob’s honor, and we will be doing the same workout again. We will have new shirts for sale for $20 with all the money going to Aiden Griffiths Fund, shirts for Women and Men available. Jacob’s friends and family are planning to be there, so mark your calendars and come help us honor our friend.

Eat–Banana Date Shake, from me (Linds)! I started making these and Jeff loves them… “better than ice cream” he says. Trow a frozen banana or 2 in your blender with a little bit of ice, 3-4 chopped dates, a big spoonful of cashew butter, and almond milk. Blend until it’s all smooth and delicious. You could probably add some protein powder too if you want 🙂
