2013 Diet Revamp Seminar
This Saturday at Noon we are going to convene anyone interested in the gym to discuss how you’re going to dial in your diet for 2013 to become the healthiest athlete you are capable of becoming. If you thought we took the Open seriously last year, you have no idea what is in store for 2013. This year we’re going to hold a Friday Night Lights event every week in an effort to bolster support for those registered and competing (should be everyone), create a unique experience that many of you haven’t had yet, and to bring our community together in a way only an athletic event could do. We’re still in preliminary talks with another local powerhouse CrossFit gym to hold co-opted events, meaning they’ll bring their whole gym to us one weekend, then the next we’re over at their place. We’re planning on having a BBQ, and a DJ and cheerleaders (ok, lied about that last part). Either way, it’s going to be amazing. So, here’s what you should do:
– READ this informational page about the 2013 CrossFit Games Open.
– LEARN about the HISTORY of the CrossFit Games.
– Get super fired up by watching this amazing video I shot in Okinawa for the 2011 CrossFit Games Regional.
– STEP YOUR GAME UP by coming in to the gym consistently and eating a clean diet. Attending our seminar this weekend would be a great first step.
