I needed today… bad! Not only do I love that Thursdays are recovery, but I love them because I get to be clean for like a whole 24 hours. It’s wonderful, really. Today’s workout felt good… not too heavy, not too fast, but just right. I came home mid-day to get some stuff done around the house… laundry and the like, and I made paleo pumpkin chili for dinner tonight. I’ve made it before, and it’s delicious and easy. 6. Cool Down: easy 2k at recovery split/pace
