Notes: This version of baseline is a variation on the one they run at Petranek Fitness up in LA. Their baseline only uses one row and a few less reps on the movements, but the end result is the same; an ass kicking. We return to this WOD every so often, because like the rest of the named WODs, an improvement on score shows a direct coorelation with an improvement in your fitness. That’s why you’ve gotta track this stuff! Get a journal and start writing it down.
