This is Chad at the end of this tough workout. 5 rounds is a long one, for anything really. Chad is one of our top athletes and often sets the time to beat on any given workout.
This workout is a simple one of 3 elements (Triplet) with one element from CrossFit’s major categories, gymnastic – push-ups, weightlifting – Snatch, and met-con – 800 Run. Pretty simple, but as a teacher used to say to me often, simple is not always easy. If CrossFit has taught us anything it is that, simple is not easy.
