Sometimes we divert from the usual “core” CrossFit programming. Our gym isn’t just about brutal workouts, we’re a community and that means that we must work as a team on occasion, instead of competing against one another. Today’s workout was a simple set of reps and movements common to any seasoned CrossFit’r, what makes workouts like this unique though, is the team effort to complete a task.
