Notes: When shooting for 5 rep max, you should be around 80-87% of the Theoretical 1 Rep max. This workout, even though it doesn’t go into detail on the main site is a “strength” workout. This rep and set scheme is very old and has been proved time and time again that it works very well to focus on building maximum strength while NOT getting bigger or building muscle endurance.
