Today was a great day! I did the second CF Games Open workout. My goal was to get 61 reps, and I ended up getting 62 reps… meaning I PR’d on my snatch twice! I thought it was a fun workout. I finished the first 60 reps in less than five minutes, so I had plenty of time to attempt 100 pounds. What I kept telling myself today was “Don’t be scared, Lindsay”. It worked well for me. Although I’m very happy with how I did, I think i want to try again on Sunday and see if I can get a couple more reps.
