Today was recovery, and I really milk these days for all they are worth. I used to move through them pretty fast. Now, not so much… unless I am just really bored. I am still quite sore today, and depending on how I feel tomorrow, I may attempt the third OC Throwdown workout again. If not tomorrow, then probably Saturday. I want to try to do it under 7 minutes. We’ll see.
