1. Paleo Challenge – We’re going to kick off Paleo challenge v3.0 October 1st. Look for more details in your in box later this week. Note: This will look/feel like a different challenge than before. We’re chasing performance results this time, not pounds on the scale. So get ready to bust your arse and see some serious results.
2. We have a number of upcoming workshops that you’re sure to be interested in. We’ll be holding both a mental toughness seminar as well as a muscle-up clinic. More details to come.
3. Sunday Classes – CrossFit Costa Mesa will now be open on Sunday! We are one of the only CrossFit facilities in Orange County that will be open on Sunday. Time is scheduled for 10am. More details coming on this as well.
