Read—A Whole New Take on Sleep Training: Are You Consolidating in Your Sleep? Something we are so quick to let go of is our sleep… we stay up an extra hour or two at night browsing the internet or watching TV, while we could be doing something very beneficial for our mental and physical health instead. I think this will be one of my goals for April… going to bed 8.5-9 hours before I have to get up!
