Notes: What a great Saturday WOD we had! The weather was choice and quite a few people turned up. If you haven’t made it to a Saturday workout yet, you really should consider it especially this time of year when the sun is only out a few hours a day.
Yeeah! For those of you who haven’t met him yet, this is Todd’s son Cameron. We hope to see more of him and his great attitude in the future.
Trial by fire. Carolyn and Liz get the peer pressure treatment towards the end of a difficult workout. Working hard and showing strength when the pressure is on is what we’re all about here, and nothing compares to the pressure of others watching you perform. Nice work, ladies. You’re an excellent addition to our team.
Get some Chad! We threw in an additional piece to Chad’s WOD today, burpee box jumps! Sound fun? You bet it is.
