Today’s effort was all about recovery. Those 30/30s from yesterday left me a mess, I needed to spend some time just going through the motions and preparing for tomorrow’s workout which consists of way too many burpees.
Recovery WOD looks like:
5 Rounds, not timed (slow):
20 Turkish Get-ups
500m row (2:30/500m pace)
Nothing fancy, just some general full body work that keeps the heart rate around 75% max capacity and moves the joints through their mobile ranges.
