Ok you grass fed beef eatin’ fools, it’s time to start eating like a caveman. Today kicks off day 1 of our 60-day Paleo challenge and there are some details that must be mentioned:
1. If you haven’t done baseline yet, please inform a coach that you’d like to do so. Knock it out of the park and then record your score.
2. Sign up on our Paleo Challenge 3.0 list on the whiteboard at the gym. It will be up tonight and I’ll leave it up for at least a week. You’ll need to log your Baseline score on this sheet.
3. If you can’t make it in this week for Baseline, don’t sweat it. We’ll get you next week. Do start eating like a hunter/gatherer though, it’s never too soon to start that piece of this whole thing.
4. Get in the gym! Spend this 60-day period not just eating tasty healthy foods, spend it focusing on your fitness. Workout often, rest lots, and drink plenty of water. This is the time to tune up your work capacity. So get to work.
