Each team of four received a stack of cards numbered 1-10. Each card contained a movement or series of movements. Once the movement was revealed the team then chose a number between 10-110 and exececuted that number of reps for the movement they’d revealed. Exercises included, but weren’t limited to: double-unders, pull-overs, broad jumps, burpees, thrusters, etc.
For most the workout lasted just over an hour, others took longer.
