I noticed a lot of people push pressing the load to get it over head today. Remember this formula folks: mechanics + intensity = performance. If we’re giving you the option to jerk the weight overhead, take it and run with it. Moving that load for max reps will be much more sustainable when you keep your hips involved. Trust me. Big winner for the day was Carrie with 167 reps locked out overhead. Surprised? Didn’t think so… Because she’s a Pro.
