A careful observer would notice that this workout is half an Angie, a most classic of CrossFit workouts. On paper this thing looks easier than Angie, but if you’d assumed that you would have made a classic error; you’ve forgotten about intensity. 100 Push, Pulls, Sits and Squats surely sucks, but it’s a bit of a longer WOD, Half Ang is a whole different beast entirely. It allows you to crank the intensity high and push hard. How’d you do?
