Holy mother thruster. Plenty of volume here for those your-workouts-are-too-short kinda folks. This, like many classic CrossFit couplets, is a great equalizer; the moderately heavy thruster punishes the lil guy, while the 150 push-ups that must be completed crush the big man (I know, they humbled me today).
On an unrelated note, we ARE open 7 days a week at CrossFit Costa Mesa, so if you wish to start with the classic 3-on 1-off CrossFit schedule this is an option. We’d highly encourage you to begin to look at your weeks schedule early and figure out what is going to work best for you.
