Skills Class–Hey guys this Tuesday at 4:15pm and Thursday at 5:15pm. Classes are limited to 6 people, so you must reserve your spot on Zen Planner (it’s free!). Aaron will be covering Muscle-ups on Tuesday and Double-unders on Thursday.
OCT–The OC Throwdown is this weekend! There will be a lot of high level CrossFit competitors right in our backyard, and it’s definitely going to be a fun event to spectate. Our friends over at Barbells for Boobs have an opportunity for you to volunteer and show your support at one of the biggest CrossFit events in SoCal. The goal is to pack the OC Fairgrounds this weekend with a wave of “BOOBS” to show support of Games athlete and Barbells for Boobs Pro Advocate, Matt Hathcock during the OC Throwdown! Every volunteer gets a free ticket for both days as well as BFB t-shirt/tank in exchange for cheering on our friend Matt as he competes.
