A note on tenacity, or commitment. Paul, shown twice above, is tenacious. He comes in early, he comes in often. Through his efforts at CrossFit Costa Mesa he has managed to rehab a badly broken ankle, making large strides in range of motion even in the most tasking of movements, like a clean. While he has to keep his heal off the ground because of the numerous chunks of metal in his ankle limiting flexibility, he still comes in and busts his ass, never complains, and it’s paying off.
