Today’s workout kicks off a multi-week, global campaign to find the fittest on earth. If you’re uninterested in the Games, no problem. You’ll be happy to know though, that come Friday for the next five weeks the intensity in our gym will be at an all time high and you will get one hell of a workout. So whether you’re into the Sport of Fitness or just here for a good workout you can be thankful for the Games as we are going to be kicking arse and taking names for another month.
Pssst, come in close… I wanna tell you a secret: we’re doing the CrossFit Total on Sunday at 10am. Come in and test that strength you’ve been working so hard to develop.
