We had a great time out at Victoria Vista Park today, thanks a bunch to all 20+ members who came out to swing weight and sprint in the sun. We are going to make these off-site WODs much more common in the coming months as long as people show up. Transferring your fitness into a scenario outside of the gym is very important to us, so it’s great to get out in the open air and change it up a bit. Next time we might leave all of the gym equipment at home and go bodyweight only. Or we may drag the AirDyne to the beach, who knows.
