It’s funny what just a little bit of additional motivation can do to human performance. Whether it’s money, pride or a championship on the line a little bit of added pressure in the right locations and people will work themselves harder and longer than they thought possible.

I saw a lot of really great effort in the gym today, to try and list them all would be futile; in my opinion everyone gave it hell today. There’s something special about a person willing to drag himself/herself out of bed on the weekend to tackle a tough workout. While our friends are home sleeping off last night’s bar tab, we’re sweating, suffering, being the best person we can be on this particular day.
I’m proud of you guys, and this gym, and this community we’ve built together.
