WOD “Season’s Beatings”

50 Wall Balls
20 Thrusters (45 lb. M/35 lb. W)
50 Box Jumps (24″ M/20″ W)
50 Kettlebell Swings (53 lb. M/35 lb. W)
Today’s workout was done in any order you chose. The way it played out had quite a bit to do with how you stacked the exercises and how much rest you put in between each movement. Most finished around the 45 minute mark, no one exceeded an hour.
I’d encourage each of you next time you’re given the option to do a chipper like this to think very carefully about how you’re going to attack it. Go up on the whiteboard and write your list down. Work smarter AND harder. We as athletes must be able to think on our feet.
