3 strict pull-ups, 6 push-ups, 9 toes-to-bar
Etc.
Fit+: Complete as many reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
1 strict jumping pull-up to 3 sec neg., 2 modified push-ups, 3 knee-raise
2 strict jumping pull-up to 3 sec neg., 4 push-ups, 6 knee-raise
3 strict jumping pull-up to 3 sec neg., 6 push-ups, 9 knee-raise
