Last week I was thinking about my very slight Lululemon addiction. I’m not even going to tell you all of the reasons why I should own so much of it… because there are some good ones. However, I have decided that I dont need to buy anything new for a long while. It is just so excellently made that what I have should last many many more washings. This being said, I’m going to attempt to go the rest of the year without buying anything new for myself. If I get a gift card, then don’t get me wrong, I’ll spend it, but nothing over. No major reason except that saving money is always a good idea, and because I could practice a little discipline. Funny enough, I actually made a trip to Lulu with Erica today, and came out empty handed… success! This is going to be hard for me… it’s just so comfortable! I guess that’s all I’ve got for today.

4. Cool Down: 5 min. easy + 2-3 hard efforts
5. Meditation/ Visualization: 20 min.
Photo Comment: I love riding bikes, especially just cruising around with friends. For “winter” nights in Costa Mesa, I like to wear my long ‘Wunder-Unders’ from Lululemon… leggings keep you warm but don’t get caught in the bike chain. (Liz is wearing her’s too) 🙂
