As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 20 min
5 pull ups
10 push ups
Notes: Classic CrossFit named WOD today. Not planned but alway available. This workout is interesting because when you measure output in terms of wattage, pull ups and squats have similar output demands, push ups not so much, so this ends up being sustained effort of pretty much similar outputs for 20 mins, but we do this with gymnastic exercises. This is the fun part because we train cardio-respritory middle distance with gymnastic exercises, kind of a paradox.
