1 lift every 30 sec. adding 10 lbs per lift. Continue until failure.
Notes: I think this WOD came from the Games much like all the WOD’s this week. It was interesting to see the competitors do this WOD and hit new PR’s after a 7k trail run. I think Dan John had things to say about that in an article a while back. he said that there is a difference between a max lift, a max max lift and a max max max lift. The max max max only happens in compitition and we saw that in the games. The organizers were comparing a max lift or a “sort max” done in the gym to a max max max lift done in competition. Never the less, the competitors killed it and there was tons of energy through the entire Ranch durning those lifts, everyone could feel it, very fun stuff to be around.
