WOD: “High School Football”For Time: Progress 100 yards to finish. Athletes must complete one station before sprinting to the other station which is set up 10 yards away. The next station is then completed before the athlete sprints back to the original station. This would be 20 yards of the 100 yards required to finish. Repeat until you reach 100 total yards.
