Notes–Hey all! Tomorrow (Saturday) we will have our normal classes at 8, 9, and 11am with Bring a Buddy at 10am. However, we are also allowing time tomorrow between 8am and noon for those who raised money for the Pink Bra Tour last year by doing burpees, wall-balls, or certain workouts for donations. Since we are coming up on our favorite yearly fundraising season and event, we thought it a good time to do the reps and workouts that were promised! So… if you agreed to do something for donations last year, or if you would like to hop in and help someone else complete their reps (I think Chels may have over 300 burpees to do… yikes!), then you are welcome to do that as well tomorrow! Also, you can start setting up and personalizing your Pink Bra Tour fundraising page HERE and then click on the cute little photo of Omar, where it says “Join Team”.
Barbells for Boobs Volunteer Opportunity–Hey CFCM! We have another opportunity to help out our friends over at BFB for a few hours this coming Sunday the 24th, anytime between 11-3pm (2777 S. Bristol, Unit E Costa Mesa, CA 92626). They will need help putting together their “Boob Toob” packages that will go out to tons of gyms that are fundraising for BFB around the world.
