Every single day I witness something new and amazing happening in our gym, it never fails. Today it was watching some of our newer members fully grasp one of the world’s greatest weightlifting movements, the snatch. Yesterday it was PRs on the clean. Then there’s people nailing double unders for the first time, pull-ups, handstands, whatever. Point is, great things are happening inside our doors each day by dedicated people putting in the work to achieve their goals. If you’re not coming in often, whittling away on the things you want with your fitness, you’re simply not going to achieve your goals. It’s that simple.
So it’s time to re-commit to CrossFit. It’s time to buckle down on the diet and the schedule. Get to the gym 4-5 times a week. Listen to the instructors. Be confident about what you want. Go chase it. It’s there for you to take, you’ve just got to put in the work.
