Less than two months ago Lindsay was still doing jumping pull-ups. On Monday, she knocked out well over 50 legitimate kipping pull-ups during a slightly modified version of Fran. Her hands might be a little sore today, but I bet if you asked her if it was worth it she’d say yes.
What changed for Lindsay in those few weeks wasn’t her physical strength as much as mental. She hit the March Challenge hard and came away a significantly better athlete.
The take-away is this: the governor of your body’s capacity is your mind, not your muscles.
