The affiliate cup team tryouts are underway and we’ve already run a handful of people through the first two of three tests. Here’s a look at the workouts for the first day:
In 10 minutes, find your 1RM Snatch
Score: your snatch divided by body weight
Rest 15 minutes…
3 Rounds for time of:
25 Wall Balls (20/14lbs)
10 Squat Cleans (135/95lbs)
The third workout will be a chipper, which must be completed the day after the first two workouts are done.
