7×3 Clean High Pull @ 87#
3 rounds- 400 m run, 10 snatches (95#)
I couldn’t even get close to 95#. I started with 65#, but after the 1st round I went down to 55#. My form was suffering at 65#. I’m a little confused though, because I know I’ve done workouts with snatches at 65#, maybe even 75# before. Must just be a weak day, I guess.
My time was 9:46. I was happy to finish under 10 minutes, but I wish I could have gone heavier. I can do most workouts Rx now so it hurts the ego when I can’t even get close.
9am breakfast- 2 eggs, 1 wedge cheese, coffee with almond milk, 5 fish oil (195 calories)
1pm lunch- 4 oz. ropa vieja (cuban beef with peppers and onions that I made in the crockpot) and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (345)
5:30pm dinner (post 4pm workout)- 4 oz. ropa vieja and 1 Tbsp. peanut butter (345)
I’ll probably eat again in a few hours to get closer to 1450 calories for the day.
